Our menu spans traditional Thai massage, herbal compress therapy, oil massage, foot reflexology, gentle stretching, and clinical physiotherapy for pain relief, post-surgery recovery and mobility improvement.
Yes. Our physiotherapy programmes are tailored to individual needs and commonly used for post-surgery recovery, strength training, and flexibility work, guided by a therapist who adjusts the plan as you progress.
During your first visit, a therapist will review your condition, goals and any medical history to recommend the most suitable treatment — whether that’s Thai massage, a herbal compress, or a physiotherapy programme.
All of our therapists are trained in traditional Thai massage methods, with ongoing supervision to keep techniques consistent with the clinical, results-driven approach Taiy Pradit is known for.
You can book directly through Fresha, call either branch, or reach us on WhatsApp. We recommend booking a few days ahead, especially for weekend slots.
We ask for at least 4 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the slot to another client. Please call your branch directly to make changes.
